1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Use of this site by anyone under the age of majority is strictly prohibited for the purpose of purchasing products.
3. Products & Safety Disclaimer
For External Use Only: DermaBreak® products are cosmetic items intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
* Patch Testing: We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application of any new product.
* Adverse Event Reporting: Your safety is our priority. If you experience a serious adverse reaction, please report it immediately to info@dermabreak.com. We are required by law to monitor and, where necessary, report serious adverse events to the FDA to ensure ongoing consumer safety.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
* Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
* Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of any product. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
* Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Returns
