DermaBreak® Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing DermaBreak®. We are committed to delivering our skincare solutions to you safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, DermaBreak® ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

 * Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

 * Business Days: Our processing team operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 * High Volume Periods: During sales, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order is handled with care.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times begin once the package has been handed to the carrier. Please note that these are estimates:

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide the most reliable service. The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout. These rates are based on the destination address, order weight, and the shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

 * Verify: Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk/mailroom.

 * Contact Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to request a GPS delivery verification.

 * Support: If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@dermabreak.com. We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Returns to Sender

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

 * Address Errors: DermaBreak® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 * Reshipping: If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, we are happy to reship it; however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping label.

 * Cancellations: If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please email us. We can only update addresses before the order has entered the processing phase.
