DermaBreak® Return & Refund Policy

At DermaBreak®, we prioritize the health and safety of our community. Because our products are personal-care and cosmetic items, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and order changes.

1. Return Eligibility (U.S. Customers Only)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 * Unused and unopened.

 * In its original, sealed packaging.

 * Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Hygiene & Safety Note: For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

 * Any product that has been opened, tested, or used.

 * Items returned without their original packaging.

 * Products marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

 * Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@dermabreak.com within 7 days of delivery.

To expedite your request, please include:

 * Your Order Number.

 * Clear photos of the affected item.

 * Photos of the shipping packaging and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on current stock availability.

Medical Notice: To report a serious skin reaction or adverse event, please contact us immediately at info@dermabreak.com so our team can assist you with priority.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 * Request Approval: Email info@dermabreak.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

 * Receive Instructions: If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions.

 * Ship Your Item: You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of your return approval.

5. Shipping Costs

 * Our Error: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, DermaBreak® will cover the return shipping costs.

 * Standard Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 * Approved Refunds: Credits will be issued to your original method of payment.

 * Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for your unused/unopened item and place a new order through our store.

8. Order Cancellations & Address Accuracy

 * Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer cancel the order.

 * Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. DermaBreak® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
